Clement Faugier’s story begins in the year 1882. This French company is named after Clement Faugier himself, who founded the first factory of chestnuts in Ardeche. With a combination of passion and consistency, they have been providing France and the whole world with incomparable and incredibly iconic chestnut treats like Le Marron Glace, as well as purees and pastes that are widely used in French cuisine.
